  • What’s included in the cowboy bachelorette game night experience?

    Two Cocktail CowBoys for 2–4 hours of game hosting and bartending. We arrive with a full kit of game ideas and supplies, bachelorette games, drinking games, signature cowboy bachelorette game night rounds, fun icebreakers, music games, and more. We serve drinks and refreshments, act as Spotify DJs, take pictures, keep the party area tidy, and take out the trash when we leave. You provide the alcohol. We provide the games, the hosting, and the western charm.

  • What games do the CowBoys bring?

    A full mix of bachelorette games, drinking games, signature game night rounds, fun icebreakers, and music games. The CowBoys read the room and match the energy, whether that’s competitive drinking game chaos or a more relaxed cowgirl bachelorette party vibe. All game ideas and supplies are included.

  • Can we request specific games or provide our own?

    Absolutely. Got rodeo bachelorette game ideas or a set of professionally printed bachelorette party games you want to use? The CowBoys can facilitate anything you have in mind alongside their own supplies.

  • Is this BYOB?

    Yes. You provide the alcohol and any mixers. The CowBoys handle the serving and pouring and make sure everyone’s glass stays full throughout the night. Mixer/garnish packages available.

  • How many guests can participate?

    Up to 30 guests. We strongly recommend a third CowBoy for groups of 15 or more, and require one for groups of 20 or more. We’ll reach out after booking to confirm availability and arrange payment.

  • Can we request specific CowBoys?

    You certainly can, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, but staffing is based on availability. You’ll find out who your CowBoys are when they arrive.

  • Where do you offer the service?

    We come to your Airbnb, VRBO, home, or rental house in the Nashville and Austin area, including Fredericksburg. Service is not available at community or public spaces. An extra charge of $75+ may apply for parties outside our service area.

  • Do we need a pool or outdoor space?

    Not at all. The Cocktail CowBoys know how to party on dry land. Indoors, outdoors, patio, living room, the cowboy bachelorette game night works anywhere your group is gathered.

  • How far in advance should we book?

    For Nashville and Austin bachelorette parties, book 3–4 months in advance for spring and summer weekends. For off-season or weekdays, 6–8 weeks is usually enough. Add yourself to the waitlist on any date you want if availability isn’t showing.

  • What about tips and gratuity?

    Tips are greatly appreciated and not included in the service fee. Add gratuity at booking or pay the CowBoys with cash or Venmo on the day.

  • What add-ons are available?

    Add-on options are available for pool floaties, mixer/garnish packages, party packs, and professional event photography.

  • What should we wear?

    Wear whatever makes you feel like the cowgirl bachelorette party crew you are. Boots, pink, country theme outfits, matching sets, the more theme energy, the better the pictures. The CowBoys arrive in full western gear, ready to match your group’s vibe.
