He’s got you covered. Want pool floaties blown up? Done. He’s there to pamper and entertain, snap photos (or pose with you!), share local recommendations, and ensure your arrival is as smooth and exciting as the rest of your stay. The CowBoy is a fun, charismatic, and stress-free pro. He’ll make your group feel special and ready to dive into a weekend to remember.
The Welcome Service is a short and sweet greeting with luggage assistance, welcome drinks, and local recommendations from a charming Cocktail CowBoy. It is not a substitute for our full party hosting experience. If you’re looking for games, music, and the full Cocktail CowBoy treatment, book our regular Cocktail CowBoys Party or a different experience instead.

Can we request a specific CowBoy?
Absolutely! While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, staffing is based on availability and we cannot guarantee specific staff. You’ll find out who your Cocktail CowBoy is when he arrives.
Where do you offer your services?
We’ll meet you at your Airbnb, VRBO, rental house, or home in the Nashville or Austin area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our service area.
