He’s got you covered. Want pool floaties blown up? Done. He’s there to pamper and entertain, snap photos (or pose with you!), share local recommendations, and ensure your arrival is as smooth and exciting as the rest of your stay.

The Welcome Service is designed as a quick, friendly hello—not a full Cocktail CowBoys party. If you’re looking for games, music, drinks, and a high-energy experience, you’ll want to book our standard Cocktail CowBoys Party instead.

The CowBoys are fun, charismatic, and stress-free pros. They’ll make your group feel special and ready to dive into a weekend to remember.

Girls’ weekends, bachelorette trips, birthdays, and group getaways. Whether it’s your first girls’ trip or your 20th, this welcome service is the perfect way to kick things off. It’s also ideal for budget-conscious groups or those with tight schedules who may not have space for a full 2-4 hour Cocktail CowBoys Party.

Who is your Cocktail CowBoy?

Your Cocktail CowBoy is hand-picked for his charm, good looks, and hospitality. Each one is thoroughly vetted, licensed, background-checked, and insured. He’ll arrive in western gear—boots, jeans, hat, and more—ready to make your welcome unforgettable.

Can we request specific CowBoys?

Absolutely! While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, staffing is based on availability and we cannot guarantee specific staff. You’ll find out who your Cocktail CowBoy is when he arrives.

Where do we offer our services?

We’ll meet you at your Airbnb, VRBO, rental house, or home in the Nashville or Austin area. Additional charges may apply for locations outside our service area.
