Do we need a pool? No! Our CowBoys know how to party on dry land too. While we love a good pool party, we bring the same energy to game nights, house parties, dinner parties, brunch, and pregames.

Professional bartending with craft cocktails, serving refreshments, taking pictures (or posing with you for the Instagram-worthy shots), Spotify DJ services, party games and drinking games, keeping the party area tidy, and complete party management from setup to cleanup including taking out the trash. You provide the alcohol, mixers, ice, and cups. We provide the service, the entertainment, the vibe, and the execution so you don’t have to manage a single thing.
How far in advance should we book? For peak season (especially bachelorette parties and bachelor parties), book 3-4 months in advance as popular weekend dates fill quickly. For off-season, 6-8 weeks is typically sufficient.
Can we request specific CowBoys? You certainly can and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but staffing is based on availability and we cannot guarantee certain staff. All our CowBoys are upstanding gentlemen who are licensed, background checked, and insured. You will find out who your CowBoys are when they arrive.
How many Cocktail CowBoys do we need? Two CowBoys work well for up to 15 people. For the optimal party experience, we strongly recommend a third CowBoy for groups of 15 or more. For groups of 20 or more, we require a third CowBoy. For larger events of 30+, please contact us.
What are your packages? Flexible packages from 2-hour experiences to full 4-hour celebrations. Our most popular includes 3-4 hours, perfect for pool parties, pregames before Broadway or Sixth Street, game nights, brunch, or house parties.

Cocktail CowBoys bring western dress code with boots, jeans, cowboy hats, and belt buckles to Austin and Nashville. Cabana Boys bring beach style with white polo and swim trunks to destinations like Scottsdale and Palm Springs. Both deliver the same exceptional service with professional bartending, party games, Spotify DJs, and unforgettable experiences.
What add-ons are available? Mixer and garnish packages, content creators, pool floaties, party packs, and professional event photography.
What about tips? Tips are greatly appreciated and not included in the service fee. You may add gratuity at booking or pay the CowBoys with cash or Venmo day-of.
How much does it cost per person? The price varies by location. Most groups split the cost among attendees, which typically works out to less than what you’d spend on a nice dinner – for an experience people will talk about for years.
