Two smokin’ hot, certified Cocktail CowBoys leading a 45-minute toning workout designed to make you feel strong, confident, and a little sweaty — followed by a one-hour hosted hang and 15 minutes of setup to set the vibe just right.
What the Cocktail CowBoys do
Start your day with movement, end it glowing. The Cocktail CowBoys Wellness Workout is a fun, full-body workout led by certified personal trainers who know how to motivate with just the right amount of charm. Expect booty bands, floor sliders, bodyweight circuits, mobility moments, and flirty-but-professional encouragement that keeps you smiling through every rep.
After the workout, the Boys shift into host mode — cue the music, the photos, and the pampering. Think mocktails, smoothies, hydration drinks, light bites, games, and plenty of time to cool down, freshen up, and look cute again. Whether you’re keeping things clean and wellness-forward or easing into celebration mode, the vibe is all about balance.
We bring the mats, bands, and equipment. You bring the space (backyard, living room, patio), water for hydration, and any wellness-friendly treats or party supplies you want for the post-workout hang.
This isn’t your average fitness class. It’s the Cocktail CowBoys Wellness Workout — where you sweat a little, glow a lot, and get taken care of the whole way through.

Who are the Cocktail CowBoys?
The Cocktail CowBoys hand-picked, upstanding gentlemen who have been selected for their good looks, charm, hospitality, and ability to make your day special. They are all thoroughly vetted, licensed, background checked, and insured. The Cocktail CowBoys will arrive in western gear – boots, jeans, hat, etc – ready to make you sweat 😉
Can we request specific CowBoys?
You certainly can and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but staffing is based on availability and we cannot guarantee certain staff. You will find out who your CowBoys are when they arrive.
Where do we offer our services?
We’ll come to your AirBnB, VRBO, home, rental house, or Swimply pool. Service is not available at hotel or community pools or spaces. We operate in the Nashville area. An extra charge of $75+ may be incurred for parties outside our service area.

Tips are appreciated and are not included in the service fee. You may add gratuity at time of booking and/or pay the CowBoys with cash or Venmo day-of.
