Two smokin’ hot, certified Cabana Boys leading a 45-minute group workout, followed by a one-hour party — plus 15 minutes of setup to get things just right.
What the Cabana Boys do
Start your day with squats, end it with shots. Toned, then Tipsy is a high-energy, full-body fitness class led by two real-life thirst traps who also happen to be certified personal trainers or workout instructors. Think booty bands, floor sliders, bodyweight circuits, and lots of flirty encouragement.
After the sweat sesh, we switch gears into full-on party mode — drinks flowing, party games popping, music blasting, and of course, plenty of time for pics with your new favorite workout partners.
We bring the mats, bands, and equipment. You just need to provide the space (like a backyard or living room), some water to stay hydrated, and whatever party supplies you want for the post-workout celebration.
This isn’t your average fitness class. It’s a Cabana Boys Workout — the only workout where the hotter you get, the harder you party.

Who are the Cabana Boys?
The Cabana Boys are hand-picked, upstanding gentlemen who have been selected for their good looks, charm, hospitality, and ability to make your day special. They are all thoroughly vetted, licensed, background checked, and insured. The Cabana Boys will arrive in a clean white polo and colorful swim trunks, ready to make you sweat 😉
Can we request specific Boys?
You certainly can and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but staffing is based on availability. You will find out who your Boys are when they arrive.
Where do you offer our services?
We’ll come to your pool, AirBnB, VRBO, rental house, or Swimply pool. Service is not available at hotel or community pools. We operate in the Scottsdale area. An extra charge of $75+ may be incurred for parties outside our service area. For events in Sedona and Tucson (or any other location 2+ hours from Scottsdale), we require a 3-hour booking minimum.

Tips are greatly appreciated and are not included in the service fee. You may add gratuity at time of booking and/or pay the Boys with cash or Venmo day-of.
