Can we request specific games or provide our own? Absolutely. Got rodeo bachelorette game ideas or a set of professionally printed bachelorette party games you want to use? The CowBoys can facilitate anything you have in mind alongside their own supplies.
Is this BYOB? Yes. You provide the alcohol and any mixers. The CowBoys handle the serving and pouring and make sure everyone’s glass stays full throughout the night.
How many guests can participate? Up to 30 guests. We strongly recommend a third CowBoy for groups of 15 or more, and require one for groups of 20 or more. We’ll reach out after booking to confirm availability and arrange payment.

How far in advance should we book? For Nashville and Austin bachelorette parties, book 3–4 months in advance for spring and summer weekends. For off-season or weekdays, 6–8 weeks is usually enough. Add yourself to the waitlist on any date you want if availability isn’t showing.
What about tips and gratuity? Tips are greatly appreciated and not included in the service fee. Add gratuity at booking or pay the CowBoys with cash or Venmo on the day.
